If you get a message like "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file..."

This often happens because of Windows Defender virus software. First, you might want to move the file to a folder where you often keep useful programs and files. Then:

1.      Open Windows Security:

o    Click on the Start menu, type "Windows Security," and open it.

2.      Go to Virus & threat protection:

o    Navigate to "Virus & threat protection" settings.

3.      Manage Settings:

o    Under "Virus & threat protection settings," click on "Manage settings."

4.      Add or Remove Exclusions:

o    Scroll down to find "Exclusions" and click on "Add or remove exclusions." Allow Windows security to make changes if you get a message.

5.      Add an Exclusion:

o    Click "Add an exclusion," then choose "Folder"

o    Navigate to the folder where the program resides and select it.

6.      Exit Windows Security and try it again.
