This often happens because of Windows
Defender virus software. First, you might want to move the file to a folder
where you often keep useful programs and files. Then:
1. Open Windows Security:
o Click on the Start menu, type "Windows Security," and open it.
2. Go to Virus & threat protection:
o Navigate to "Virus & threat protection" settings.
3. Manage Settings:
o Under "Virus & threat protection settings," click on "Manage settings."
4. Add or Remove Exclusions:
o Scroll down to find "Exclusions" and click on "Add or remove exclusions." Allow Windows security to make changes if you get a message.
5. Add an Exclusion:
o Click "Add an exclusion," then choose "Folder"
o Navigate to the folder where the program resides and select it.
6. Exit Windows Security and try it again.
