Opening day for dove season this year fell on a Wednesday. David hadn't started school yet, but Joey had, so David got to go. He used Joey's 20 gauge and killed 7 doves.

Joey got to go duck hunting on Youth day and killed his limit. As usual, our good friend Ed Wortham took us.

Jerry hit a pole in a parking lot and badly bent the bumper on the truck. Here we are trying to bend back a part of the frame that held the bumper. It didn't work, but it was kinda' fun trying.

Here are a few scenes in Paris. Watch the whole thing and you will see how good a dancer Judy is. Our friends are Vlado and Mile Kanazirev, our old friends originally from Bulgaria, if you don't recognize them. They now live in Chicago and we try to get together every year.

Jerry is an excellent baseball player, and even has been told he can play on the Missouri Rolla team if he goes to school there. Jerry hit 9 homeruns this year, played third base, and pitched quite a bit. When he's on, he's a really good pitcher.

Joey played flute and piccolo in the band. This is the first time he has been assigned a spot where he can be seen from the audience.

Joey was about the best all around player on his team this year. He pitched a little and caught a lot. He will have to move to the senior league next year.

When we were out dove hunting, Geof let Joey drive the truck through the field. He was more excited about driving than hunting.
